Our walk-ins are proudly built using 100% US Made materials and are covered by an industry best 20-year warranty. Our panels are designed for optimal energy efficiency by creating an air-tight thermal break using high-density foam rails with tongue-n-grove design. They are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane and attach using cam-locks along with NSF gaskets. They are manufactured in our fully automated production area allowing us to offer competitive pricing along with industry best lead times without compromising quality.
On custom orders our lead times are typically about 1-2 weeks from approval of the submittal drawing. We also offer nominal size boxes called ‘EZ Coolers & Freezers’ with sizes starting at 6×6 and going up to 14×14 in 1’ increments, they are all 8’ tall. We always have the popular sizes in stock and lead times on out-of-stock items is about a week.
We pair our walk-ins with Russell refrigeration, they offer both remote and self-contained systems. Additionally, on remote systems they offer low-profile, center mount and Econet digital controls. A lot of options to ensure your customers cold storage needs are addressed in an energy-efficient manner. Russell systems are covered by a 1-year parts and provisional 90-day labor warranty, extended compressor warranties are available with pricing dependent on the size of the system.
